1. BINDING AGREEMENT

By accessing RawDrop.shop or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. NATURE OF THE "DAILY DROP"

Raw Drop is a high-velocity, reactionary apparel brand. Every item is custom-printed to order.

  • Limited Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice (the "Archive" protocol).

  • Design Accuracy: While we strive for precision, mockups are digital representations. Minor variations in print placement and color intensity are inherent to the custom manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

3. FINAL SALE & NO-REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Because every garment is manufactured specifically for the customer based on their order:

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, "change of heart," or shipping delays.

  • The One-Hour Rule: Customers have exactly sixty (60) minutes from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Beyond this window, the order is locked into production and cannot be stopped or refunded.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

  • Our Rights: All designs, logos, and "Raw Drop" branding are protected by trademark and copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  • Reactionary Commentary: Our designs are expressions of commentary, satire, and opinion on current events. They do not constitute an endorsement of any person, political party, or ideology by the owner.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Raw Drop, its directors, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of our products or the site. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raw Drop and its parent, subsidiaries, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.
