THE RAW DROP STANDARD

At RawDrop, we move at the speed of the headlines. Every single item is custom-printed to order at the moment of purchase. Because we do not maintain a stagnant inventory, we are able to drop new designs daily and react to the world in real-time.


I. RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because each piece is manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of heart," incorrect size selection, or the shifting of the news cycle. * The Commitment: Once an order is placed, it enters our high-velocity production queue.

  • Quality Guarantee: The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. In these rare cases, you must notify the Syndicate at [Your Email] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect, and we will issue a replacement immediately.


II. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We prioritize speed, but quality manufacturing takes precision.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your custom garment to be printed and quality-checked.

  • Transit Time: Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the second your drop hits the carrier.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: RawDrop is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely to ensure a secure delivery.


III. CANCELLATIONS

You have a one-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After 60 minutes, the design is sent to the production floor, and the "Daily Drop" is locked in. No exceptions.
