THE RAW DROP VELOCITY

At Raw Drop, we don’t believe in stagnant inventory. To keep our designs "Off the Wire" and reactionary, every garment is custom-printed specifically for you at the moment of purchase. We trade "instant" delivery for "exclusive" accuracy.

I. SHIPPING RATES

We keep our logistics lean and transparent with flat-rate tiers:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.00 (Delivered via USPS/UPS/DHL).

  • The "Now" Drop (Express): $18.95 (Expedited transit once production is complete).

  • The Syndicate Loyalty: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00.

II. FULFILLMENT TIMELINES

Because your order is custom-manufactured, your delivery timeline consists of two phases:

  1. Production (The Build): Please allow 2–5 business days for our print partners to manufacture, quality-check, and package your drop.

  2. Transit (The Delivery): * Standard: 3–5 business days after production.

    • Express: 1–3 business days after production.

Total estimated time from click to doorstep: 5–10 business days.

III. TRACKING YOUR DROP

The moment your package hits the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate as the carrier scans the package into their network.

IV. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Raw Drop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your coordinates. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

V. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED GOODS

  • Carrier Issues: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Raw Drop is no longer responsible for the physical package. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives physically damaged or with a print error, email the Syndicate at hello@rawdrop.shop within 7 days with a photo. We will fast-track a replacement at no cost to you.
